The Designer, also known as Industrial Designer, is a professional who works at different levels of human activity, designing systems to images or objects. The course of Industrial Design (Design) offered by the Universidade São Judas was and is fully updated with many new features. The most important is the strong commitment to the process of improvement and transformation of the professional look of the future. For this, more than half the working hours of the course is devoted to the many activities of Project, always related to areas such as History of Design, Laboratory of Ideas, Reading the Shape, Photography Workshop and Tools. Thus, the first-fourth year of the course, the main concepts of design are applied in both the creation of images as in the objects. In total, over three thousand hours of tuition with much debate and interaction, making the year the project marked an act of joy and pleasure, and a commitment to ethics and social responsibility.

The course of studies of Design, responsible for the formation of the designer, is the professional profile that designs interior spaces, public or private, offering physical and psychological comfort to their users with the appropriate conceptualization of space in which human beings live through the interdisciplinary approach, and considered the characteristics of its users and the socio-economic-cultural.

The desired profile of the professional designer is able to produce projects involving information systems, visual arts, cultural and technological context in order and complied with the adjustment and the historical features and cultural development.

The egress of Unoeste acquires during the course, the knowledge needed to work holistically with critical vision and solid training creative, analytical and technology.

Main Activities
It is the basis of Designer analyze, interpret, design and operate in different spaces in which man plays, with focus on issues: ergonomic, psychological, technological, functionality, comfort Environmental and Spatial Composition.
