Certificate in Production Design
The primary objective of the Certificate in Production Design is to provide training and education to members of the Industrial Engineering field in the measurement and analysis of work and in the design or improvement of facilities. Students can complete the requirements in 3-4 semesters. These courses may also be applied toward completing a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering Technology upon acceptance to SPSU.
Challenges and Opportunities
All students will have opportunities to work on industrial projects with renowned companies and build up their personal portfolios to enhance their career prospects. Students will also be attached to these companies during the Industrial Training Programme to gain first-hand industrial experience.
Students will study in design studios that are project-based, practice-oriented teaching environments with multimedia facilities. There will also be a digital media laboratory for photography, video editing and production, a game testing and evaluation laboratory and a motion-capture studio.
