As a part of our commitment, in the academic year 2008/2009 UPH will provide a range of scholarships for students with the highest academic achievements, special achievements (in music and sport) and to those with limited financial resources. Scholarships can be obtained for all majors and includes tuition and living costs for Education Department. Tuition scholarships are available for students of UPH Karawaci and Surabaya. General Objective This program objective is to provide graduates with the skills in Visual Communication Design [new media and animation], and to carry them out at a high level as well as preparing them to be able to maximize the opportunities of new technology in developing their professional and individual competence. Specific Objective In the near future, the program will continue to focus on scientific and technological innovation based on visual communication design and pursue the development of information technology in application design both intellectually and socially, using environmental insight, in order to prepare our students for the globalized world.

Under the scope of Faculty of Communication and Multimedia, the Visual Communication Design Department at BINUS UNIVERSITY was founded on 1999 and achieved outstanding accreditation from DIKTI (Grade A) in 2004. Since 2004, there have been seven graduations with the total of 550 students. Our industries and communities have counted our products and the abilities of our alumni.
